If you join DeltaForceOS and decide within 7 calendar daysthat it isn't right for you, we will refund your first month's payment in full — no questions, no forms, no hoops.
To request a refund within the 7-day window:
- Email team@deltaforce.agency from the email address associated with your Skool account.
- Include “Refund” in the subject line. No explanation required — though honest feedback helps us improve.
- We process refunds within 3–5 business days. Funds typically return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancel Anytime (Month 2 and Beyond)
Your membership is month-to-month. You can cancel from inside Skool at any time:
- Go to Skool → your account → Subscription → Cancel.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep access until then.
- No future charges will be made.
After day 7, we do not refund payments for months already billed. This keeps the community tight and intentional — we only want members who are actively getting value.
What You Keep After Cancelling
Everything you downloaded — templates, prompts, configs, your own notes, your own code — is yours to keep and use. You lose access to the live community, future course content, working sessions, and the private channels.
Situations Where We May Decline a Refund
We are a small team and we trust our members. In rare cases, we may decline a refund if:
- A member has clearly signed up to extract the course materials and resell or republish them (this violates the Terms of Service).
- The refund request is made outside the 7-day window — in which case cancellation (no future charges) is the correct path, not a refund.
- The member has been removed from the community for violating our Acceptable Use policies before requesting the refund.
Chargebacks
Please email us first at team@deltaforce.agency before initiating a chargeback. We can almost always resolve refunds faster and more cleanly than your bank can. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account termination.
Price Changes
DeltaForceOS currently offers Free and Pro access. If pricing changes later, new subscriptions use the then-current rate shown at checkout.
