I'm David Patrick. I run Delta Force — an AI agency and operator network — and I built DeltaForceOS because I couldn't find the room I wanted to be in.
Every other AI community I joined was full of two kinds of people: the ones watching tutorials, and the ones selling tutorials. I wanted the third kind — operators actually shipping production systems — and they were nowhere.
What I'm seeing in the field
The gap between people talking about AI and people shipping AI has never been wider, and it's getting worse every week.
You can watch a hundred videos on agent architecture and still not know how to scope a real supervisor loop, instrument cost, or debug an eval regression at 2am. You can read every thread on RAG and still not know how your chunking strategy is going to fall apart on production data.
The people doing the actual work — building the infra, running the fleet, shipping under real load — don't have time to write threads. They're in Slack with their teams, in private Discords with other builders, or quiet on Twitter because the conversation there has decayed into content marketing.
That's the problem. The people who know aren't talking, and the people talking don't know.
What DeltaForceOS is
It's the room I wish I'd had when I was shipping my first production agent. A private network of engineers, operators, and founders — all building at the frontier of applied AI, all sharing what actually works and what just broke at 3am.
The substance:
- Courses built by people who ship the thing. Real code, real configs, real repos. Not recycled, not hypothetical.
- Weekly working sessionswhere we review each other's agents, roast each other's prompts, and ship together.
- Private channels for AI engineering, RAG, evals, observability, agent orchestration, and the business side of running an AI-first company.
- Templates, prompts, and infra pulled straight from what I run internally in my 56-agent fleet.
- Direct access to meand the build team. Not “DM for a sales call”. Actual access.
What I promise
I'm going to keep this tight. So here's what I promise you, in writing:
- Nothing recycled.Every module, prompt, and config is built from what I or the team run in production. If it hasn't survived real traffic, it doesn't ship.
- Small room, high signal. The value of the network is the density of builders inside it. I will cap admissions before I dilute the room.
- Simple access. Free gives you the starting point. Pro gives you the full curriculum, working sessions, templates, and operator room.
- Cancel anytime, keep what you built. 7-day money-back. After that, cancel in two clicks. You keep every template, prompt, and doc you downloaded.
- I'm in the room. Not once a quarter. Every week. I'm answering questions, reviewing code, and shipping alongside you.
What I won't do
- I won't sell you a $2,000 “mastermind” and then pressure you into a $10,000 upsell. There is Free, there is Pro, and that's it.
- I won't fake testimonials. Every quote you see on this site is real, or clearly labeled as the kind of outcome you can expect. We just launched — I'd rather be honest about that than fabricate proof.
- I won't hype. If an agent pattern isn't working in production, I'll tell you. If a model is overhyped, I'll tell you that too.
- I won't ship half-baked courses to hit a launch deadline. Every module ships when it's ready, not when the marketing calendar wants it.
Who this is for
DeltaForceOS is for you if you're an engineer, operator, or founder who wants to build with AI at a higher level than tutorial hell lets you. If you're comfortable in a terminal and you've shipped at least one thing — even a broken, scrappy thing — you'll fit in fast.
If you're brand new, there's a ramp. The curriculum starts from zero-to-shipping, and the community is built to answer questions without making you feel dumb for asking.
Who this isn't for
This isn't for tire-kickers, content-farmers, or people looking for a shortcut that doesn't involve doing the work. We build. Everything else is a distraction.
A personal note
I've been building software since I was a teenager and building with AI since the day the first Claude API key landed in my inbox. I've shipped products that worked, products that didn't, and more “learning experiences” than I care to count. The one thing I've consistently wished for is the room where the other builders are — where the conversation is technical, the receipts are real, and nobody's selling you a course.
If that's what you're looking for too, I'd be honored to have you in the Pro room.
Engineer the edge. Ship the systems. Run the room.
